Why do employee and customer engagement remain so low around the world? It takes a strategy and system to foster the proactive involvement of all the stakeholders critical to success. Engagement solution providers regularly claim their services provide measurable results without disclosing the specifics. The EEA is perhaps the only education program in the world that addresses why engagement remains near record lows: a failure to design organizational or sales and non-sales employee, channel partner, and customer engagement strategies that translate into meaningful, measurable results.

The EEA’s curriculum applies the same formula as quality management to people: a strategic, holistic approach that addresses all of the engagement levers necessary to achieve measurable results and tangible impact. The program includes cutting-edge but easy to use ROI and impact measurement tools.
Achieve clear-cut sales, productivity, quality, cost-savings, safety and other goals in a measurable way. It applies to everything from re-setting an organization’s purpose, goals, objectives and values, to achieving practical productivity, quality, safety, or cost-cutting goals; enhanced sales or channel performance; increased customer sales, referrals, or retention, or higher quality standards from suppliers.
Academy and membership options. The Enterprise Engagement Alliance offers multiple options for learning, certification and/or membership all of which provide different levels of formal training on enhancing performance and experiences by implementing a systematic approach to engagement design across the enterprise, including sales and non-sales employees, distribution and supply chain partners, customers, and communities.
The education and certification program is a one-time cost, with certification renewable every three years. Annual membership provides a listing and the opportunity to submit thought leadership for publication in EEA media, as well as access to additional measurement and assessment tools not available as part of the education program.
EEA programs include:
- One-time Enterprise Engagement implementation education and certification program and/or individual EEA membership: $425 every
three years if re-certification is desired and renewed, or annually if membership is desired. This includes a complete training program, books, and one-half hour coaching, and for EEA members, discounts on implementation tools on how to design and effectively measure and report on people engagement strategies.
- Engagement sales professional training and certification program only: $300 every three years if re-certification is desired. (Click here for more information). This program is specifically designed to prepare sales professionals for selling engagement products and services and can be included with individual membership in lieu of the implementation program for a $125 discount.
- Corporate curriculum membership: $1,075 annually, including all training and certification up to three team members: $350 for each additional team member, and discounts on measurement and related tools; certification exams $350 per person additional. Includes access to both development and sales development training program.
- Solution provider curriculum and marketing membership: $1,500 annually, including all of the above plus ability to submit thought leadership to the EEA for publication in its ESM weekly enterprise engagement and RRN weekly total rewards media.
- EEX advisor: Free for academics and business professionals seeking to keep up with the latest information and trends in the implementation of purpose leadership and stakeholder management through weekly e-newsletters and how-to webinars.
- Professional Services Training and Support Program. In conjunction with the culture enhancement firm Appreciation at Work, the EEA has developed a new training and support service specifically for advisory, consulting, and marketing companies; incentive, recognition, loyalty or related firms, or inhouse management in human resources, sales, and marketing seeking to apply the successful principles of total quality management to stakeholder management. Fees begin at $2,500 per year.
- C-Suite outreach program. All corporate and solution provider sponsorships include optional participation in the Golden Rule Alliance outreach program to draw attention to leadership, academics, and organizations committed to applying the principles of the Golden Rule to business.
