EEA Impact Academy: Systems-Based Leadership Training and Certification Program for Measurable Organizational Impact

Executive Education on Leadership Designed for Senior Management, Managers in HR, Sales, Operations, Front-line Management and More.

Learn how a proven leadership system to align the interests, motivations, and contributions of the people and stakeholders critical to the success of your organization, team, or enterprise. The EEA Impact Academy is among the few leadership-development programs that apply the proven principles of Total Quality Management specifically to employee engagement, stakeholder alignment, and measurable organizational performance

The EEA Impact Academy is the only known leadership learning and certification program focused specifically on a capability most traditional leadership education overlooks: a systematic approach to harmonizing the interests of employees, customers, distribution partners, suppliers, communities, and other stakeholders around a common purpose, clear goals, measurable objectives, and shared values.

Most leadership programs focus primarily on the qualities of the individual leader, including communication, emotional intelligence, influence, decision-making, and executive presence. These capabilities are important, but they do not by themselves teach leaders how to create an integrated management system that turns strategy into consistent daily actions across an organization or team. It takes a leadership system.

The EEA Impact Academy addresses that gap. It provides leaders with a practical framework for identifying the stakeholders critical to success, understanding what each group needs and must contribute, managing inevitable tradeoffs, and aligning communications, learning, job design, recognition, incentives, technology, and other management practices around measurable outcomes.

The curriculum also helps leaders improve the effectiveness of front-line managers and transform traditional recognition, incentive, loyalty, employee engagement, customer experience, and related programs into concrete and measurable sources of value creation rather than stand-alone activities.

The program is based on the holistic approach to people engagement embedded in ISO 10018 People Engagement and Annex SL standards, as well as on the application of stakeholder management principles to leadership and engagement design—disciplines rooted in the systems-based methods long proven in Total Quality Management.

These principles can help organizations turn traditional leadership training, incentive, recognition, loyalty, communication, learning, well-being, and other people-related investments into coordinated leadership strategies connected to productivity, quality, retention, sales, customer satisfaction, profitability, and other clearly defined outcomes.

SHRM recognition of the program signals growing interest in a systems-based approach to leadership, human capital management, culture, and organizational performance. This designation enables SHRM-certified professionals to earn recertification credits while learning how to align the needs and contributions of all stakeholders around measurable organizational or team goals.

Engagement is every leader’s business, but engagement is not the ultimate objective. The objective is to focus people’s capabilities, commitment, and actions on achieving a shared purpose. Even the best engagement strategies fail when managers lack the skills to translate organizational intent into consistent daily employee experiences and behaviors. The EEA Impact Academy was created to address precisely this broader leadership challenge by providing a practical framework for aligning purpose, stakeholder interests, leadership decisions, management practices, and measurable business outcomes.

This is not simply engagement training. It is a new type of leadership development for turning purpose into coordinated action, managing stakeholder tradeoffs, and creating measurable value through people.

Says Chester EltonNo. 1 New York Times Bestselling Author; Executive Advisor to Global Leaders; High-Performance Culture; Thinkers50; Coaches50, and  Keynote Speaker:  “It takes a system. Employee engagement continues to fall despite decades of expenditures on recognition, culture, leadership, and more. For many years, I’ve been honored to be part of a community dedicated to improving workplace culture through recognition, leadership, and gratitude. While I remain more passionate than ever about this work, especially with my focus on gratitude, I’ve come to believe that engaging people needs a more structured, systems-based approach to achieve the impact we all seek. That’s why I encourage you to explore the Enterprise Engagement Alliance Impact Academy. The program offers a practical framework for integrating the many elements of engagement, including gratitude, into a cohesive, measurable system.”

Adds Gary Rhoads, Academic Director, Enterprise Engagement Alliance Impact Academy, Stephen M. Covey Professor Emeritus, Marketing and Entrepreneurship, Marriott School of Business, Brigham Young University: “Leaders in management and marketing who have not mastered the application of Total Quality Management principles to their organizations or team engagement processes areGary Rhoads missing a powerful opportunity to enhance performance, stakeholder experiences and well-being. Tactical recognition and incentive programs do not work, as we know from the historically low levels of employee and customer engagement.”
